Both sides complete KYC. We share our sourcing and compliance information with you.

  4. Contract and samples

We agree contract terms. Samples or a trial lot can be arranged.

  5. Shipment

Material is inspected at loading and shipped with full documentation.

Responsible sourcing

Critical minerals only belong in a buyer's supply chain once they can be traced and trusted. We apply risk-based due diligence to every supplier and shipment, informed by the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals.

Supporting documentation is shared with qualified buyers after first contact.

Known suppliers

Every producer is identified and screened before we buy.

Traceable lots

Each lot can be traced from the producing site to the port of loading.

Sanctions screening

Counterparties are checked against international sanctions lists.

Independent verification

Weights and grades are confirmed by third-party inspection, not by us.

Why Wollaston
